Absent People. Art Installation
Absent People is an image and sound recording installation. Its aim is to determine the overall factors that create an awareness of the sonic environment around us in our daily life. How we live and how we create these sounds are of paramount importance to myself as a music composer, and its affect on our environment is a question I believe of significant importance in today's world for many. The photographic images are perhaps best described as, 'everyday life images'. There are no digital modifications in any of the three works presented. I hope that this work will enable to highlight how we all individually choose to listen or not to the harmony of our world ". Dee C'rell 2011
